    On July 1, 2021 I entered into an agreement to purchase a horse from Prestige Farms LLC on terms. I put $5000 down and have been making payments. Shortly after the purchase, I started to have issues with the trainer of Prestige Farms LLC. I called and spoke with the owner and was told that I cant move my horse until I pay all of the horse off which was not in the sales agreement. I never signed any boarding agreement or training agreement with Prestige Farms LLC because I did not plan on keeping her at Prestige Farms LLC. I never received any bills to be paid and never was sent any invoices to be paid for my horse. Finally, I got a call from ************************* saying that he wanted to help so that I can move my horse. He wanted me to sign an amended contract which I would have to agree that I was in default of my payments and pay over ****** in fees and bills that I never agreed to. Nothing was itemized or told me what each charge was for. When I got the itemized list of charges I started one by one going down the list and contacting each service provider. On the list I found numerous charges that I was being charged for, over $1000, was for a vet. When I called that vet, I was told that he had not seen my horse in over a year. Then why am I being charged for something and expected to pay for a service that never happened. The same situation arose when I contacted the farrier. I had both vet and farrier send me original invoices to my email and not of the dates or amounts added up at all. Since, I have left numerous voice messages and text messages for the owner of Prestige Farms, ************************* the farm accountant, and messaged ***************** requesting from here on out to get invoices every month so I know whats going on and I have got no response. I know my messages were read but no communication in return. Prestige Farms LLC had also been taking and showing my horse off the farm to horse shows and showing her without my consent or knowledge.
