    On 12/31 they call me multiple times to sell me an insurance until I got it true them, they promised a refund wich I never received on the way that I was told, I call today as I got an issue with my insurance, they were unable to help and the person that was helping me had a really bad attitude, as customers we need business to be accountable for their actions and promises

    We appreciate customers reaching out when they are unhappy, however this doesn't appear to be one of our customers. There are a number of Northwest Insurance Groups throughout *******. If this report doesn't have anything to do with aircraft / aircraft insurance (we are aviation only brokerage) then its easily verifiable by you that its not us he is complaining about.
