    $2,709.93 Crash site- Woodbury Crossing HOA paid for repairs that were completed in an unsatisfactory manner. Teufel agreed to fix the issues and, to date, has failed to do so. See attachment for more detail.$12, ****** : Irrigation repairs Woodbury Crossing HOA paid for irrigation repairs and we were told that the irrigation system was fully functional for 2022. However, the irrigation system was not repaired and was never turned on in all of 2022. See attachment for more detail. We are seeking a full refund for both of theses issues in order to fix both.

    Woodbury Crossing HOA response to Teufel Response Complaint # ********

    The information provided to the Woodbury Crossing HOA Board was that all repairs were completed in 2021, and the system was supposed to be fully operational per documentation from December 2021.
    Teufel failed to adhere to the contract to test the irrigation system in March of 2022, regardless of the extended rainy season in 2022. Their failure to test the system meant that any potential repair was not identified until July when the weather had already made a significant change.
    Teufels own response that ********** systems are dynamic, and they require repairs every year. Any time you mix,plastic, dirt, metal, electricity, water, car tires, tree roots and people things tend to break underscores the importance of start-up and winterization as identified in the contracts Exhibit A Scope of Work.
    We received one email in July of 2022 from Teufel regarding a potential repair. Teufels response to this complaint also shows that there was this one email response July 8, and no other action was taken by Teufel. This email was included in my initial complaint and Teufel also provided it in their response. No follow-up communication was ever provided by Teufel to Woodbury Crossing HOA about the cost of the potential repair or next steps. The irrigation system for Woodbury Crossing and Estates was never turned on in 2022.
    Every month, in addition to any irrigation repairs, Woodbury Crossing HOA paid Teufel $5,498 for monthly maintenance to include monitoring and adjusting the irrigation system. Teufel failed to fulfill this contractual obligation.

    Repairs were completed. However, as noted by the management company on 4/22/22, Landscapers did not do proper scope of work and 4/27/22,  Tefuel will replant the damaged area and cut back remaining damaged plants. This was not completed and the note from 6/8/22 indicated vendor was waiting for plants and then when it had still not been fixed by August, it was noted that Escalated to Teufel Leadership on 8/16/22.

    The HOA Board received an email from management April 21,2022 that The area where the car crash occurred will be replanted, The shrubs are too small and the tree should be fine. They will also cut back some of the damaged shrubs to make them look better.
    The shrubs were never replanted with the correct size shrubs that we paid for, and the damaged shrubs were never cut back. Do date,the area still looks like a crash site.
