      On July 7, 2023, I placed an order for a pet memorial stone, order #****. My credit card was charged, also on July 7, in the amount of $70 by Stone Creations NW. I emailed the company twice, once on August 7 by replying to the order confirmation they had sent to me and at the end of August using the "Contact us" form on their website. On September 14 I attempted to reach someone by phone, but received a "mailbox full" recording. I tried again on September 20 & received the same "mailbox full" recording. Four attempts to find out when I might expect to receive the stone & no response whatsoever. I had previously ordered from the company in 2017, received the memorial stone in a timely manner & was pleased with the product. If the company cannot fulfill the order, I would like my credit card refunded the $70 they were quick to charge.

      This vendors website stated that my order would ship with and 10 business days. After approximately 15 business days, after not receiving the product, or any communication from the vendor, I reached out. It took me threatening to stop payment in order to even get a response from this vendor. I was ordering a memorial stone for my son that had passed away in August 20 20. I placed this order to be received in plenty of time to have the stone in time for that date but since this vendor did not live up to their end of the deal, or even reply to me, I was not able to get the stone, and had to order it from somewhere else, which I got within a week by the way. I asked for a refund from this vendor since they have not even started working on my product yet, that was a month ago and I have not heard anything from them yet again. I had to stop payment with my credit card. Terrible communication with this vendor, I would not order from them!

No return calls or emails.

      I ordered a stone from their website ($190) and expected to receive a product. I spoke with a gentleman one time to assure the order was on track at number ************. They have not answered by calls or texts and I believe this is a scam. This was a special group gift for retirement of a beloved individual and now I have nothing to present at her party... devastating.

      Please absolve this complaint.  I rescind this complaint and was able to get in touch with the company and receive my product.  I thought I was being scammed, but it turns out he just had some personal issues to deal with.
