    I was originally happy with service but then i found that Priority Moving damaged the carport at my apartment building. They didn't tell me or ******* about it and he was surprized hearing about it and accused my landlord and me of lying instead of letting insurance company to deal with it. He was rude and defensive. Then i told him that one of his guys also damaged my antique table, part of the leg came off and he just reatached it and didnt tell me. He didnt know i saw it happening when he pulled the table across the floor in the living room and he said in a high tone that since table is standing now thereis nothing wrong with it then he hang up on me.

    First, regarding the carport, Ive spoken with your property manager, ****, and weve agreed on a plan to resolve the situation. **** will be providing us with a quote from her contractor, and well take care of it promptly. Im glad we could move this forward quickly for you.

    As for your antique table, I understand how upsetting it must have been to discover what happened. Even though the table appears sturdy now, I agree that you should have been informed immediately when the foot came off. Ive added the photos and detailed notes to your file so that if any issues arise down the roadwhether during a future move or beforehandwell make it right.

    Ive also spoken with ******* and the crew about the situation. ******* has expressed his regret about how your call with him went and is taking this as an opportunity to learn. Ive reminded the team how critical it is to notify customers about any issues immediately, even when they believe the problem has been resolved. We pride ourselves on being transparent, and Im sorry that didnt happen in this case.

    At Priority Moving, we work hard to deliver exceptional service, but were not perfect. When we fall short, were committed to owning up to it and doing everything we can to make things right. Im grateful you gave me the opportunity to listen to your concerns and take steps to address them.
