I opened a box today with a random engagement ring (moissanite) and a certificate of authenticity from the ********************************* I did not order this (not in the market for such an item) and don't see that I've been charged for anything by this company. I do have a dispute with my credit card for a purchase in January from what turned out to be a scam group - ultraory.com posing as Natural Life, but it was not for jewelry, and certainly not a fake engagement ring. (And that money has been refunded.) I see that others have received similar, unsolicited pieces of jewelry from this company/address, and I'm not sure what to do with the ring at this point. There was no accompanying receipt or paperwork, and it was addressed specifically to me.

I received a ring from XBR in ****** today. I did not order it. And, it's no where near my size. What is this about? There was no packing list with it either.

It looks like I got scammed just like the other reviewers. I'm just going to report this to my bank and see if they can give me my money back. I got the same plastic ring in the mail after ordering a lot of clothes. I really hope my bank will help me

I received a ring from them and I never even heard of them. I don't see a charge on my account. Was anyone charged for something they didn't order?

On 12/22/23 I ordered clothing online and was charged $68 from *****************, never received the clothing ordered. Last Monday 1/30/24 I received in the mailbox a plastic ring with moissanite from ****************** **************** (GRA) in a red ring box. Came with a professional looking GRA plastic certification card. Sent **** Ground Advantage. ???

I had order somethings off of a website that come on ******** called WOMANIMPRESSION.COM with their heading FashionNova. I ordered several items Dec. 23, 2023 the total was $105.80. I forgot an item so I emailed them so that they could put the extra item with what I had already ordered. But they emailed me back saying I had to go back to the site and reorder because my package had already been packed. So I didn't reorder. I waited for about 2 weeks and 3days no order came in. So I went and filed a complaint with my bank and tell them what happened. They put my money back in my account and told me that I needed to reach out to the company, I did and I asked them for tracking # for my stuff and to send me a refund for the stuff I ordered, they sent me email with a tracking #,I looked up the company showed up on the website as a fake tracking company name TRACK 718, so that they won't have to refund you your money. After file my complaint I received mail from my bank say my case was final. 21 days after (Jan 9,2024) after filing my complaint, I received a package in the mail from a company I didn't know XBR and in it was a ring and a card. I took a look at the reference# and the Tracking # they sent me in the email earlier were the same. Looked up the address from sender and it's a fake address. So to say it all It was just sent out to prove they sent a package to me, but not what I had ordered.
