    A report of work done by a crew from PEX Plumbing 1/24/24 Badly cut oblong into wall above tiles causing damage to the coated wallpaper Photos attached, causing ************* including wood splinters on the window sill & behind the toilet Dust all over the bath ************** floor.Cracks in tile tile cut to install the shower head holder, poorly filled with paste then covered by an escutcheon which was too small to cover the paste & cracks. Photo already sent.Bad gluing of plexiglas attached to tiles to cover pipes between shower head, water & heat control leaving excess glue on the plexiglas & the tiles. Mud in the hallway to the bathroom from the machine brought in from outside where mud had been imbedded in the wheels. A scratch was made to the floor tiles in the kitchen where the other heavy machine had stood & been moved.No attempt was made to clean up any of the above & the crew began packing up to leave so I asked what about cleanup?They showed complete incompetence & lack of ********************** swirling the mud in the ****************** with a damp cloth leaving a residue of mud. Since your crew appears to be incapable of cleaning up I recommend you add another person or persons who are capable of thorough cleanup to your crew. I asked the lead person to buy & install a larger escutcheon such as the one I had seen online. He appeared surprised. And so much later, on February 9, the appropriately sized escutcheon was installed by another person.
