    Bought a Mini ****** from Justin's RV's in August of 2023. Paid for the licensing fees ($265.00) as part of the deal. Three months went by and still hadn't received a title or plates. After a few phone calls I finally received the title and a reimbursement check for the licensing fees in the mail, so I went down to the *** and got the title and plates squared away. The day after that their check bounced. I've had many conversations with *************** concerning this. He assures me he'll get it taken care of and never does. Neither *************** nor *************** will answer or return my calls anymore. It is now June of 2024 and I'm still out the $265.00 that they owe me.

    Purchased a Travel trailer from ******************. April 15th,2022for $15,000.00. We were told inspection done, travel trailer was in excellent shape. Were given a 90 day warrantee.Trailer had no No leaks and everything worked. 3 days later it rained it leaked. Called ****************** and said they would send someone right away. Tried to move the trailer' found the Electric hitch lift didn't work. Tried to use the manual crank, it broke. ******'s sent repair man out to check trailer covered it with a tarp. checked the electronic lift, it had shorted out he replaced the fuse, but the lift was broken they were to order part and to return to reseal trailer when it wasn't raining in a few days. We Called, sent texted, went down to both Offices, several times a month over the next few months. The owner said that their repair man was really busy, would get to us soon as he could. We were made promises to fix what was wrong. Told not to worry they would send some one out to finish and take care of leak and the electronic lift, if it couldn't be fixed they would replace the electronic lift. Repair man came and resealed the roof. Then it rained again, we found it was still leaking. Again we called left messages and went to their offices' with more promises to finish fixing the trailer.We have finally had trailer taken to be fixed, the trailer now has more damage and needs a new electronic lift. I have sent messages and phone calls and still stopping by the office. to no avail, they are never in the office, was told that they were deliberately ignoring our calls. that they were no longer liable once it was past the warranty date. even though the damages occurred during the first week after purchasing trailer. We were hoping to get this settled and our trailer fixed or a refund of purchase.I wouldn't refer anyone to buy anything from ******************. ****** and his Father both dance around things and aren't being honest.buyer be ware.

    September 23rd 2022 ****** owner and operator came to my residence to evaluate my fifth wheel I reside in. He offered me $5000 trade in on a 2012 13 foot travel trailer I had seen advertised. A few days later I drove to his lot to view the trailer I liked. I am a 80 year old widow with disabilities and small. He assured me it had been completely checked out and was ready for travel. He also stated they would deliver the trailer and leave mine while I transfer my personal things. I could get a loan through the bank they applied to do I got a $6000 loan through mine. I phoned him October 15 2022 and told him I had only $6000 and that was all would he accept the money and my fifth wheel for the one on his lot I looked at. He agreed and I drove 40 miles to his lot. He tried to get more money for them to check it out and to transfer it to my place. I refused and finally the sale papers were signed after I mentioned he had told me it was already checked completely out. It was delivered later then promised but finally delivered. The neighbors who weigh more than me came to look at it and noticed the floor was dry rot by the door. However when I moved the table to get access to the cupboards I noticed the leg had gone through the floor. I then phoned him and he said he would give me $500 more and requested I text that information to him. I am told by a repair man it would cost several thousands to repair it. I then wanted to check other parts out and tried to charge the battery only to find that the battery was not rechargeable and dead. As yet I have not signed my title over to him nor he his. At ********************************************** a few hours. The last time I told him I no longer wanted the trailer he was going to send his guy out the next day to take. I told him I needed two days to empty it. The next morning he offered the. The next morning he phoned and offered the money. I absolutely know little about repairs and thought that might cover the cost.

    I trusted this business to sell our RV on a consignment. After the original 90 days agreement was over this business would not reply to any form of communication. I went on their website and found that they were trying to sell our RV for about $40,000 more than we owed on it. I called and left a message that said it looks like you are trying to make $40,000 off us, they would not reply. So I went to get our trailer and found it had been vandalized, lived in and made a mess of as they were using the toilet and not cleaning up after themselves, and almost everything of value was stolen out of it.

    I filled our papers to apply for a loan and they are refusing to return my down payment of $8500.
