    I placed my husband in this facility January *******. We were paying $6500 per month. On June 18, 2024 we moved im out due to inadequate care regarding medication and care. I reached out regarding a refund due for June 19 thru 30th. I then found I had a pending charge of $8098 for July rent he did not live there since June 18th. I emailed the director *********************** the director was told I would have an answer by end of day no word on the next day so followed up. Was told it was not her issue but corporate. Now corporate tells us maybe next week we might have an answer. This fraud as I never approved a payment in this amount.
