      My debit was hacked and I received a new card August 14th. I took my new card in so they would have it for the reoccurring monthly charge. So **** ********* 1st came I thought it would have went in correctly. Wrong! Now they want to charge me a $10 late fee plus my monthly fee. They dropped the ball on their end but Im being penalized for it. ?? I left a voice mail with their corporate office. Their beds ****. They dont change their bulbs very often. Beware of these greedy unprofessional people!!! I will take my business elsewhere

      I have a membership I didnt go for maybe a month (didnt pay) yesterday I went back and just paid 125 for my member ship I went online this morning theyve charged me 115 again (card hold) . Why was this ?? So thats a total of 245 out of my account. Should I go in person and ask or can they do that ?? Being that I didnt pay last month but I never went in and tanned .

      Last month I called in and inquired about pricing for a tan for my daughters prom. I was told that a walk-in tan was about $40 but if we signed up for a subscription, it was $14.95 a month. I was not told of set up fees or extra charges. We decided to sign up for a couple months and try it out.She signed up (under *******************) and received two charges of $39.95 and $23.00. On the first of May I got charged $14.95 and then on the eighth I got charged $59.I called the location we signed up for, and they could not help me nor tell me what the charges were for. Was told we would have to come in to cancel, we cant do it over the phone. I wrote into the website as I was directed to do, I got an auto response. Then another auto response by **************** Still a week later I have no response or resolution. I just want to cancel and get reimbursed for extra charges. So frustrating!

      Inhave tried to cancel since December.z there is no way to send written communication. I did receive an email from a district manager and never received a return email. No way to get the issue solved yet they keep charging my *****

      On September 6, 2023, I went tanning then asked to the staff to freeze my account. The staff said its done so I went home. I went in to the store a couple weeks later to double check the status of my account and the staff said the account is still open. I was in shock, because it suppose to be frozen. The staff said that the manager will call me back, but I never received the call. So I decided to call the store and ask for the manager, but she did not want to talk to me. I went to the store in person so I can talk to the manager. We spoke and she made it sounds like its my fault. She didnt want to further help me resolve my concern so gave me a phone number to call customer care department. Its her employee that did not freeze my account correctly when I asked. I was treated like a fool when they are at fault.

      We are so very sorry for your experience and of course will work to resolve this for you. 

      I reviewed your account and see that you have signed the freeze request electronic documents multiple times in the past to freeze your account, since you are familiar with this practice I'm assuming you signed this when you made your request in early September.  If you could just locate that receipt we can refund the billing difference for October.  In the meantime your membership is now frozen effective 11/1 and will only bill the Stay and Save rate until you reactivate the membership and I have added $25 of in store credit to help ease the frustration you experienced.

      I had had several issues with my account and billing. I attempted to cancel membership and get the run around. No one ever calls back from corporate.
