    On 3-18-25, I paid Gorge Limo via ***** Cash for services on 5-17-25 ($750.00). I received numerous text messages and confirmations of the date and time. 3 pm on 5-17.25. They were picking up a group of 17 people in a party bus for the wedding. (We were the groom's family). At 2:58 pm, I received a text from ***** ******** that the party bus had an issue and would be 15 minutes late. I stated firmly, we had to leave at 3:15, no exceptions, to be in our seats for the 3:45 wedding. She assured me they would be there. At 3:17, they were not there, and I texted her that we had to leave, and she said he was on his way. (It was already past the 3:15 hardstop time.) I exchanged text with ***** that we had no choice but to leave, and she needed to cancel my services as they failed to show up on time. She apologized and stated I would receive a refund by Monday for the limo. On Monday, 3.19.25, no refund was received. I texted and emailed. No response - she responded days later that it would be by the end of the week. The end of the week comes and goes, and no refund. Several days later, she states there is a credit card issue and the refund will be coming. We are now 3 weeks from the date of the wedding, and the promised refund and NO refund has been issued. She is no longer responding to my texts or emails. We traveled from ********** to this wedding, and this issue has now caused distress and excessive time on my part to collect the refund. Attached are the text messages exchanged with ***** as well as the receipt for my payment. This is deceptive and ridiculous that it has taken this long. I would like a refund and an apology. I have more text messages and emails if needed.

    I booked a limo rental for my daughters birthday, June 10th we were supposed to be picked up at 1:30. At 1:35 got a call from the driver that the limo was in the shop. He said he had a repalcement but that it looked like an old folks bus. I wasnt paying $750 for an elderly bus. I called the owner ********************* and of course she didnt answer- she never doesfinally after texting her to call me ASAP she called. I told her what the driver said, she laughed and said it isnt an elderly bus its a party bus, Ill send you photos its an upgrade and wont charge you. saw the photos she sent me and agreed. Once the bus arrived it looked exactly like an elderly bus and the inside was nothing like the photos. There were no drinks provided like she said there would be but instead there was leftover drinks from the last event, old soda leftover in the glasses with old napkins soaked in them, someones press on fingernails in the window crevices, old fans from the last event and to top it off the lights nor the music worked and the door was broke and rattled so loud you couldnt hear and the ** didnt work. The seats were worn and parts of the bus were in dire need of a makeover. This was the upgrade? What would the limo have looked like??? Of course she didnt answer because she was out of town again and even her driver was embarrassed and said I had every right to be upset. I sent photos and videos to her showing everything and she finally agreed to refund me half my money but here we are a month later and still nothing even after numerous calls, texts and emails. Here is the kicker- she has another company called Aqua living and they sell hot tubs and we actually bought one from her years ago and had numerous issues with her then and not knowing it was her limo company until after booking and I knew this was gonna be bad. Look at her reviews she has promised refunds and never given them back and left ppl stranded with no services bc the limo broke down all of a sudden.
