I'd like to express my concerns regarding what I believe to be a deceptive practice by Miner Pole Buildings LLC of *******, ******, specifically in the area of online reviews. My recent experience with their company has led me to suspect that some of the positive reviews may be misleading, with employees, family members, or associates potentially contributing fake testimonials to create a false impression of professionalism or experience.Since my negative ****** review Miner has added generic positive 5 star reviews to raise their rating on google.Upon conducting my own research, I discovered that ***************************** identified as the Sales Director at Miner Pole Buildings LLC on her LinkedIn profile, has left a review for the company. This raises questions about the authenticity of reviews, as it appears to be a potential conflict of interest. Furthermore, I have reason to believe that reviews from individuals named, ***************************** and ****** Miner may also be fake. ****** Miner would most likely be a family member with no other reviews and no specifics in the review. ********************* review came a day after ********************* review. My decision to engage Miner Pole Buildings LLC for my recent pole building project was influenced by the positive reviews I found online. Regrettably, my experience has not met the standard of quality I expected. In my opinion, the entire building experience has left me feeling unsupported, dealing w/ last-minute changes, and bearing the additional burden of providing necessary resources. I cannot recommend Miner Pole Buildings to anyone seeking quality workmanship or a contractor that genuinely values customer satisfaction. Transparency and honesty are vital components of a trustworthy business. It is in the best interest of its clients or potential clients to address and rectify any deceptive practices. If genuinely interested, I'd be happy to show you the building's issues in person. My hope is that this is a cautionary tale

Dear **** We had a horrible experience! Lack of/poor communication, really bad framing and finish work. Very displeased and will be adding to this review very soon with a detailed photo gallery of the shoddy workmanship. After we complained about these issues and you saw this first hand you replied. "This is acceptable work" Also you replied "We would'nt make any money if we were to cut the blocking to fit". And this was after ** discussing the crooked (not level man) doors installed with broken jambs, which you admitted to be shoddy work by your crew. However we did come to an agreement that we would fix the doors as we felt we were better skilled to properly install them. I would like to note for the record We did negotiate $800.00 off our final bill for them to be removed and new ones to be installed by **.When you replied "We are one of the best builders in the ***** I would state you are not even close in my opinion with my extensive background in building... We very much regret hiring your company!*Update 3/9/2023. We added some of the exterior finish photos today that also show bare wood exposed to the elements, which we do have wind coming through these areas along with moisture. As you can see by the images, the trim is cut horribly and they even **** guidelines all over the metal. We have screws that are snapped off and even not contacting the girts inside. Speaking of the girts, these are the poorest quality #2's we have seen. The irony here is we are in the lumber business and this what we got.I will add they are very, very reserved in using house wrap, so its minimal at best.Anyways these images speak for themselves more updates to come.***To anyone hiring a contractor these days, make sure you keep accurate notes, photos, videos and all written and verbal correspondence with times and dates. They just today deleted our comment on their latest post via IG and they blocked us and others that commented.
