      I bought a bag of Sta Green Performance Max Bermuda grass seed. This seed comes with a 1 year warranty as well as 100 % satisfaction and grow guarantee or your money back. This seed did not grow or perform In any way and I prepped my area prior to planting. I tried to call them for a refund none of the numbers on their bag was accurate. The bag has an address to send UPC code and receipt with reason to receive a full refund. I did this and yesterday I received an apology letter with instructions telling me how my soil may be dirty or all the mistakes I made as to why the grass did not grow and no refund check. I believe this company to advertise falsely with their claim and think this could be consumer fraud. This company either should honor the warranty or be forced to change the claims on their bag. I planted Scotts brand Bermuda and it has grew in perfect, the seed from Pure Seed did not produce and I want them to honor their promise to the consumer. They also sent my UPC and receipt back along with their letter telling me I planted wrong, please dont just help me but help others not be scammed by this company.

      We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the Sta-Green Performance Max product not performing to your standards. As the product is owned by ******, we do not have direct control over its labeling.  All Lowes Sta-Green seed must meet federally regulated standards to ensure that the consumer gets exactly what the analysis tag guarantees.

      As noted in our initial response, to request a refund, please return the product and receipt to ****** customer service. This is why we sent your UPC and receipt back to you.

      We understand your disappointment and stand by the money-back guarantee. The planting tips provided were intended to help troubleshoot any issues you encountered.

      Please note that the Sta-Green Performance Max line has been discontinued.

      I am rejecting this response because: I called Lowes customer care and went to the Lowes I purchased the seed from, they did not claim ownership nor did they give me a refund! I was told that would come directly from *********. This company needs to OWN this issue and do the right thing, first, put their REAL contact info. On the bags second, refund my money and last change to accurate guarantees and labeling.

      We apologize for any inconvenience. Sta-Green is a Lowes exclusive brand. To process a refund, please contact Lowes customer service directly. As the product supplier, we dont have control over Lowes refund policies and cannot refund their customers directly.

      Did Lowes ask for a Return Authorization (RA) number when you requested a refund? Our vendor RA number is 2022SGRTNS. You might try providing this number to customer service. However, RA numbers typically apply to damaged goods that need to be returned to the vendor, not customer refunds.
