    I purchased three different bottles of Sojourn shampoo within the last month or two. The bottles of shampoo smelled different and were extremely drying to my hair. My hair was tangled and adversely affected from these products. I had been using these shampoos for years with no issue, so I am not sure what is going on. I contacted Sojourn Beauty and spoke to the owner's daughter, but no one ever called me back or handled the issues. I have seen complaints from other individuals who have purchased the products as well. When you try to contact someone at the business, no one answers, and the voice mailbox is always full. I don't understand the poor quality of products or the lack of follow thru and communication. I would not recommend that anyone purchase any products from this business. I spent money which I will not get back, and the products are altered. I don't know if the formula changed, but consumers should have been informed if that was the case. Very poor customer service and no communication. The quality of the products is not the same.
