    Ordered micro clover, sent invasive chamber bitter. Informed company, they refused to acknowledge the error.

    I placed an order on April 24, 2025. Received said order approximately 1 week later. Planted the 1000 seeds immediately. Today is June 5, seeds are not growing. I researched what the seeds were supposed to look like and those are not the seeds I received. I've reached out 2 times through their email with no response what so ever. At this point I would just like a refund of my purchase.

    I had not received my $350 order for seeds for almost 2 weeks. When I checked the tracking number, ***** said they had label information, but 12 days later were still waiting for Outsidepride (OP) to give them the package! I reached out numerous ways in vain, and got no responses. The order line told me to fill out an online request and someone would contact me usually within several hours. Nope. I sent a seperate email, and I left a voice message at the office number listed on this BBB page. No response from any of my attempts.The order--which took me several hours of research to prepare--had to be canceled so I could look for another source. I will now be 3 weeks behind getting these planted to catch the rain in our area. Outsidepride seems to have a hard time believing that people actually sent them messages or emails, so I have saved the call dates and times on my phone, and have the emails I sent. If you have a critical order, you need to be aware that their idea of customer service is to ignore you if you have a problem,

    Can i pick 0 stars? If i could i would of. I bought seeds Fro this retailer, and absolutely none grew. Ive gardened and grew seeds for 45 years now, ive never seen such poor quality seeds. I bought some seeds that were suppose to be carnations and they turned out to be grass seeds. How can someone not know the difference when picking carnation seed from grass seeds. They do not look anything *****. By the way the grass seed didnt grow either. Horribe seeds and service. Stay away fr this retailer.

    Terrible customer service - sent wrong product and can not even get a response from the support after several complaint emails and forms... ugh! -
