    We were very pleased with the work that Best Practices Flooring did for us, installing new flooring in the entire house ~1400 SF. The job was to install ceramic flooring in the two bathrooms, along with bullnose tiles as baseboard, and Quick-Step laminate floating flooring everywhere else. Throughout the whole project they were wonderful to work with.
    They took time to understand our requirements. They were very responsive in providing a quote reflecting the scope of the job appropriately. They worked with us to sequence the work and were respectful of the property while they were there working. They took care to do a quality installation for both ceramic tiles (grout lines were perfect) and laminate flowing continuously, room to room. The quality of the installation was superb. The transitions from hallways to ceramic tile in bathrooms was absolutely perfect with no trim pieces required, which was important to reduce tripping hazards for our elderly parent. We didn’t have to constantly monitor them to make sure they were doing the job right. They asked questions when they needed clarification or decisions had to be made. They left the house in great condition (no dings in newly painted walls).
    We were very happy with the result. The floors look wonderful! I highly recommend them to anyone considering replacement flooring of any type. Their business name says it all - Best Practices Flooring!
