    I scheduled an appointment for 8/15 at 1:00. I texted *********************** on 8/12 to confirm appointment, she responded ok sounds good!.I showed up for appointment on time, other employee asked who I was there to see. I told her I had appointment with ***********employee told me that ***** hadnt told her about appointment, but that she would call ***** to check. She called *****,then told me that ***** couldnt make it because her son was sick.Employee handed me her phone to talk to *****, or ***** called me on my phone &said she couldnt come because her brother had heart attack &was in hospital. I told her yes of course we could reschedule for tomorrow (8/16 at 1:00) I showed up to my appointment the next day and ***** was a few mins late. My eyebrows turned out uneven on one side & she said she can touch it up next time since she had another client waiting. Over next few days, I noticed my eyebrows werent healing like the research I had done said they would. I texted her assistant to ask if it was normal to have no color retention at this stage,she said yes, &that it would come back. Made another appointment with ***** for September 16th & she texted me that she had a cold &said we could reschedule. I said yes. We rescheduled for 10/14. She texted me on the 14th saying we needed to reschedule again. At that time I told her concerns aboutcolor retention &showed her photos. She said she needed to try a different technique next time. We scheduled for 12/22. She texted couple days later asking if I would rather something sooner I said yes, we scheduled for December 21st. She texted next day saying she needs to switch back. I told her my babysitter already made plans. I Asked for refund since this was 4th time I had been asked to reschedule. She said no. At appt she said she would do another touch up since she used the wrong technique first time. Made appt for 6/9/23, she texted same morning and canceled. I asked for refund again. She said yes. She never sent refund.

    The business owner *********************** made many excuses not to finish the work she promised, and canceled many appointments with me. After talking with a few of her previous dissatisfied clients, I learned this is normal for her to make excuses and cancel many appointments. Her erratic behavior and poor quality of work made me extremely uncomfortable with continuing to work with her, so she did not uphold her end of the bargain. I believe I deserve a refund as she was impossible to work with, AND I have proof of text messages from her promising to send me a refund multiple times. 

    I would also like a copy of this contract she is referring to. I believe any contract should be void if the business doesnt uphold their end.
