    My first contact with Applegate Broadband was on 6/28/2024. **** ***** left me a voicemail letting me know that they could no longer provide us with internet access due to the property our repeater was on, that serviced our area was being sold. I returned his call and was told there was nothing he could do about it and suggested other internet companies that might be able to help us with service. After our conversation I was then charged on 7/10/2024 for $64.95 for service I didn't receive. I have reached out multiple times by phone and email letting Norm know I was still being charged. **** let me know that he would take care of it, and I had nothing to worry about. I am still receiving email stating I have a balance due, that has now reached $194.85 plus. I have continuously reached out and asked for my refund and for him to send me a cancellation letter at this point he has quit responding. I don't not want this balance due to affect my credit rating or be sent to small claims court. I have done everything I know how to do. Thank you.
