    The property in question (**************************************************) was serviced by this contractor. The contractor never hooked up the sewer line to the main city sewer line. This caused thousands of dollars in damage as the street had to be dug up, the septic pumps and electrical all had to be replaced. I have submitted the expenses to that business as proof of what had to be done due to them not hooking up the sewer line. I am seeking a refund for what I am charged for as this contractor's work wasn't done correctly.

    Good Morning- 

    Thank you for reaching out. We are sorry that you had to complete septic repairs to your property located at **************************************************************************. However, our work was completed accurately as we are required to have an inspection completed by the City when we do any work in the right of way and tap into a city's septic system, commonly known as a Sewer Tap. I have reached out to the City of ************ to confirm this information. As we understand these additional repairs have been frustrating and costly to you, the work we did on your property on October 2018 was completed properly and passed city inspection. We do take pride in our work and stride to keep our customers happy, we would have been more than willing to come back out and take a look at the issues you were having even though the work in question was completed approximately 6 years ago. However, we were not given that opportunity or notified at all of the issues you were having at your property or that repairs were needed. You chose to work with a different company and we have no control over that companies costs to you.
