    To Whom It May Concern:I filed a concern this past weekend online, but never heard back from the company. So I'm writing today, to let you know I purchased some 5 3lb bags of fast grass seed over the past month, seeded the yard, which was already established, however, I don't see much progress on the grass seed planted a few weeks ago. Better than half has grown, but it appears the area for one or two of the bags isn't doing what was expected of it, like last Fall and this Spring. I purchased the same seed last Fall, it took well, but this season it's not doing that well. So, being I got no e-mail back or response, I'm bringing it to your attention in this fashion. What can we do about this, as it was purchased online and I don't have transportation, as I'm 65 and on disability? It makes it hard to get anywhere, much. I was happy with the first few bags last fall, but I am not so happy with this spring seeding. Please email, as we rarely answer our phone, and thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.

    I am rejecting this response because: I cannot get Menards of ******* to provide my receipt and have no transportation to do so and feel even with three of the 5 bags left for storing stuff, this is not enough for them. Most people don't save a receipt for every purchase made and they don't seem to understand how hard it is to not be able in my position.

          We have appropriately communicated that we cannot issue a refund or product replacement without proof of purchase, as a company who has to report expenses to the government for tax purposes. We are sorry to hear that you don't have the resources at this time to meet our requirements for this policy which is clearly stated on the packaging of our products.
