    I had **** at Cascade Clutch do work on my Polaris UTV clutch. I paid $910.00 to have it balanced and repaired. The repairs were unexpected but when he explained I understood. After 101 miles there was an issue. To his request I sent it back to him. Come to find out in ***** words the Clutch was "trashed". I do want to mention the **** put used part in my clutch. He did advise me of doing so but only after I was sent the bill. In good faith he was trying to save me some money. After his review he questioned the mileage I put on the machine. I do have proof of mileage. I explain in detail using service records from December, March and picture of mileage as of June 8 2023. I personally think now in hindsight it was an issue with the used parts. One part he replaced was missing the part he replaced due to it being missing. I have GPS tracking of every ride as more proof. After a back and forth trying to get a full refund **** Finally agreed to give me a partial refund of $723.26 of the $910.00 I paid to him for balancing and repairs. It should be a full refund but to eliminate any further aggravation and to get resolution I agreed. This has been going on for for 7 week this Friday. 3 weeks since he agree to refund. He now has my clutch and my refund. He wont give me any answer as to when I can expect my refund and clutch parts and the aggravation is still there. His emails are sarcastic. I now cant get any answers from him for when it will be resolved. I question his way of doing business. He tried to deduct more money from my refund saying he added parts he did not. That is mentioned in the attached email thread. He put used parts in my clutch without prior knowledge, charged me double of what I thought it was going to cost and his customer service to pay a promised refund is not happening. I have email and text thread of every conversation as proof of what I am explaining. Not sure what to do but contact BBB
