      I had a lot of work done on my 4Runner by this business. I totaled it on 4-11-20. I called about the recites from all the work I had done on it. Talked to one of his employees shortly after the accident. He said he would tell ***** the owner. I called repeatedly and never answer. My phone says who I am calling. He took my call on Thursday and he answered. He told me he would find them and send them too me. I emailed him yesterday without any response. I am going to sell it without the recites which would make Value less on paper. So , hopefully he will take care of this issue A.S.A.P. If not I want $1000 after I sell it for a lesser value. ***********************

      This note is in response to a complaint logged by ***********************, regarding receipts for work completed. My shop, Hurst Automotive, completed work on ********************** 2011 ****** 4Runner 6/11/2020. ****************** called my shop Monday of last week (4/17/2023) requesting a copy of work completed in 2020. As we are a very small operation, I requested ****************** to give me some time to find our copy of his receipt. He had been given a receipt back in 2020, when the work was completed, but had apparently misplaced it. ****************** called me Thursday 4/20/2023, asking for status of the receipt. I informed him I was still searching, but would have it found soon. In response to ignored phone calls, and emails, I have answered both of the phone calls by ******************, and never received any email, whatsoever. My copy of ********************** work order has been located, attached to this response, and emailed to ****************** at the email he supplied to me: ******************* I look forward to a response to this complaint.

      This is a correction to the previous attachment sent. The previous was for a different vehicle ****************** had brought to our facility. Included are the correct, and only invoices we have on file for ****************** 's **** ****** 4Runner. A copy has been sent to his email today, 4/27/2023.
