They LIE to you. They said I had to have a Scaling and Root Planing and the charge was going to be about $3k before insurance. They handed me a tablet to ask about my income. I asked if they were going to be pulling my credit because I had a freeze on it. ***** said No, and it would not affect my credit score. Well, I got a letter from ************** (who they use for financing) denying me credit at the time because there was a block or freeze. I called ***** back and told her this and she denied that it was a Hard inquiry to my account. She argued with me on that. I called Transunion-one of the credit reporting agencies that they used and they told me that yes it was a Hard inquiry. I called ***** back and she was Shocked. She said she has never dealt with someone that had a freeze on their credit. They refused to give me a basic cleaning.

I would strongly suggest going somewhere else. My lower denture is to loose beyond fixing with adhesive. They literally fall out of my mouth pretty much every night, and I have to go look for them in my bed.

This is a horrible place. Do not go. They charge you multiple times, send you to collections under a bill you already paid. And now I cannot pay it since they sent it with the wrong birthday. The manager ***** is the worst person o have ever met. Disgusting business.

Aspen Dental is horrible to work with and will upsell you many products and services that you may or may not need. I received a retreatment on my root canal from Aspen dental, and during my first visit their machine stopped working halfway through the service. Which would be an understanding situation, if it didn't happen again whenever I came back in the next week. But it did. I did not receive any compensation or come to any resolution with Aspen dental other than they agreed to refund me for the next treatment that I had already paid for. I would highly recommend taking yourself to a dentist that doesn't invest their profits in deleting negative reviews off of ****** and birdseye so you actually know what you are getting yourself into before being locked into services.

The staff were friendly, and knowledgeable-billed $40.20 six months later. Some fear tactic for upsell was used. Lacked follow through from beginning to end. Told conflicting information. Had to ask a lot of questions to be sure and to confirm. I was told there would be no additional bill and was billed for what insurance did not cover. Was given the flat rate based on insurance and still billed.

I really never had a problem with Aspen Dental until I got the dentist that did not listen to me. He wouldn't do the realignment on the dentures I brought in. He said if I want a realignment on the dentures I had I should go see another dentist. He wouldn't tell me why. He just told me that they were running a sale on dentures and could get it for the same price that a realignment would cost. He was the worst dentist that I have ever seen. In all the years of going to Aspen Dental, this dentist was not good. The cheap denture he told me to get gave me so much trouble. Even to this day. I kept coming in and told me these dentures are horrible and kept biting the inside of my mouth. The teeth were so small that I kept speaking with a lisp. Everyone kind of laughed at me. My son told me how horrible the dentures are. He gave me little small teeth that did not work. I kept coming to have them fixed to the point where they started charging me. Anyway, it gets worse. I had a terrible toothache and two of my back teeth had to be pulled. He pulled the teeth but refused to give me any antibiotics telling me that Dr. ***** never gives antibiotics. I got home and my whole mouth was swollen the size of a golf ball. I told him if he didn't give me antibiotics I was going to *** him and Aspen Dental. He then had the audacity to tell me to take a picture of my swollen mouth and send it to his phone. This was done about a year ago and I heard he recently left. I'm going to go back there because there is a different dentist there now. I will try to see how it works out. I don't want to leave Aspen Dental because I have always had a positive experience with them until that arrogant dentist came along. I wish there was a number I could have called and reported him. But, I didn't know who to call.

I feel like I was lied to misled and basically scammed by Aspen dental..they had a promo for free consult for new patient I make an appointment didnt like the treatment plan not to mention they chipped my tooth while doing my xrays. Well then a long time later they start contacting me saying I owe them money I ignored it then was getting warnings about it going to collections so figured Id call and see what was going on, I figured it was an error to be honest. The service lady was super rude and argumentative wouldnt let us talk to a manager just kept telling us we had to pay this bill for the cost of the xray? I dont see how they can advertise free and then send you a bill this just seems like false advertising. Since then they have changed it to new patient WITHOUT insurance. So that was the service ladies arguing point but when I scheduled my service it was a limited time promo for NEW PATIENTS no mention of whether they had insurance or not. I have gone to other free consults and was never charged, I was literally shopping around for a dentist so at least I know who I will NEVER be giving my money to.

I went to Aspen Dental Care to have a sore tooth looked at, expecting to have it pulled back in March. They took my insurance information, took X-Rays and did an initial exam. I was then told that they would pull two teeth, not one. Then after, they would clean my teeth by doing an open gum system and that it would cost $2,000. The hygienist told me there was no other option and that was the way it was going to be. End of story. I went and discussed the payment options with the office person *****, and she said, they could pull just the one tooth, and that it would cost me $50. She assured me that was the only cost for the extraction, including what happened on that day. Ok that was fine. And set the appointment for only the single tooth extraction. On the appointment of the extraction, I paid my $50 was told that was all I owed. They pulled the tooth and told me they would send the antibiotic to the pharmacy. The antibiotic was not called in. I called them the next day and was told I might get the prescription called in in a few days. They made it difficult to get the antibiotic. Two months later I am being billed for an additional $110. They never verified my insurance before they decided to start with x-rays and the exam. If they had verified the insurance and discussed it with me, I could have had my x-rays from my previous dentist send my x-rays from that office to them. I was not given that option. They dropped the ball and now expect me to pick up where they defaulted. I have had difficulty getting back in touch with them to dispute the charges. Last time I was told I need to take it up with my insurance company. My insurance company is the one that told me that the dental office failed to verify my benefits. The charges they are trying to get me to pay could have been avoided had I been given the opportunity to go to my previous dental office. But they never bother to verify benefits or ask me to get the x-rays or records from my previous dentist.
