    We hired T.I.C. Builders to build a walk-in shower. When we first went to use the shower we noticed that the door didn't close all the way. It would not fit into the metal groove. After several phone calls and emails to T.I.C. Builders, that mostly went unanswered, to ask them to fix the problem, they sent us an email saying that nobody was going to fix anything and that we should stop harassing them. Also they didn't provide us with written warranties for the materials used in the shower. It is really too bad that they won't stand by their work because it seems they did a good job otherwise.
