    Stay away from this company I had a set of lights one went out and I emailed them asking if I could purchase one like I have ,after several days I decided to order a complete new set . I was expecting them to ship soon after ordering, I never received an email saying they shipped. I tried multiple times to contact them with no response. I would not recommend them to anyone!

    Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered 6 rock lights, 1 of them is faulty and have been trying for over 2 weeks to get a response. Have sent email after email as well as tried their contact form. They wont even reply!

    Placed an order on 9/27/23. All products were shown in stock on the website however after 2 weeks of not receiving a shipping notification, I emailed and was told the product was actually on back order and would ship out a week later. Order didnt ship as told and 2 weeks later sent another email. No response for 4 days. When they finally responded, I was told it would ship out the next day. During that time I filed a dispute with my credit card company for the transaction. I finally received my order on 11/6. I did not remove the dispute as I did not trust the product would work as advertised based on internet reviews and poor communication. Had the lights professional installed. The product lacks any kind of viable instructions to operate lights with the key fob or app. The lights come on but arent bright. Brightness cannot be controlled by key fob only the app. The Bluetooth controller that they charge $200 for, doesnt stay connected to phones Bluetooth in order to set up on the app. The app is poorly designed at best. I usually dont write reviews but stay away from this company.
