    ******************* is now operating under the business name of R.T.M. On Aug. 8th 2022, we had an issue with our bedroom slide on our 5th wheel (it would not retract). We were at a wonderful beach city RV park in ********* ** and needed to check out. We told management about out issue and when asked if they of a mobile RV mechanic they pointed me towards 4 different business cards. R.T.M was the only business that called back. **** was initially great! He arrived promptly, was professional and got us all fixed up. The rig is under warranty and when I asked if he could email an invoice, he did so immediately. This is where it goes south. My husband and I own a small trailer rental business and because of the extreme heat in ******, we wanted to put in another air conditioner on our rental. We asked ****, and he said he could help us. Being a small business, when he asked us to pay for the air conditioner up front, we did not think twice. Once we gave him the money, we have never seen him again. We are still in contact and he is playing amazing games. We are filing criminal grand theft charges against ****. This guy is a huge thief! Do not do business with this guy!! He is in ******* and lives in a beach city.
