      I purchased a Car Last April in Toyota Klamath Falls, OR. The Car was successfully registered to *** **********, but the Toyota ***************** did a wrong process and forgot to put there name as a lien-holder. They ask for the Car title back last October. Since then they process the request to the *** to put there name as a Lien-holder but until now its almost 6 months and its not yet completed and i cannot renew my CAR Registration and its about to expire in a April 20, 2024. I went to *** but they advise me to call my Dealership. Contact the dealership several times and the only response i got is to give them another week but this process has been is already 6 months. Now i try to call them several times in the past few days but they will just end the call. There is nothing I can do Right now since they will not answer my call and I cannot renew my car. Im hopeless. This is the only option I have to get answer from them and complete this process.

      Purchased a toyota sienna hybrid from Lithia Klamath Falls in Dec 2022.Went to pick up vehicle and was given one key fob.was told 2nd key fob will arrive in March 2023.contacted salesperson March 2023 - no answer.contacted salesperson April 2023 and manager for Lithia - told July 2023.July 2023 has come and gone, no news, no answer from Lithia was told corporate issue no resolution.DESIRED RESOLUTION: Give me the second key fob to the vehicle I purchased and paid in full.

      In September 2022 (though my registration is August 2022) I bought a 2014 Ram **** truck from *************. On the day that I picked up the truck, I left minus any paperwork. I have requested my paperwork numerous times, mostly because I wanted my warranty information. I have since moved to ***. Today I tried to register my truck here and found out that I need my invoice from when I bought the truck. Without it, I cannot register my truck. To actually talk to someone at Klamath Falls Toyota is almost impossible. I have called and left voicemails, text, and sent emails with no luck. Please help and thank you.

      I bought a Toyota *********** from Lithia Klamath Falls on November 19, 2022. I paid all my dues and signed all the papers and provided the *** to which they send the paperwork to in ********** ( ***************************************************** *****). A week later when I went to my *** to inquire they said that they haven't received anything and that the car shows under another owner's name. I contacted the dealer and they said they forgot to send the documents of sale. My initial temporary permit expired on December 9, 2022, and they refused to renew it. My *** received the documents on December 13, 2022. That's a 25 days after purchase date. But the documents did not contain the title of the vehicle...they mentioned in hand writing on the documents sent to the *** that they would send it later. When I contacted the dealer they said they haven't received the title from the bank !!!With my ***, I finished the smog check and inspection required for the registration but they could not provide me with the final registration and the license plated because of the title not at hands.Today is February 15, 2023 and I still haven't got the title. That's close to 90 days after purchase and counting.I believe that the dealer is dishonest and is hiding something!!Also they cost me my job with UBER since I bought the car to work with it as rideshare. UBER would not put me back on their plateform without the license plates and registration. And this is all the dealer's fault.I would be definitely glad if you intevene and ask them what's going on since they don't even reply to my inquiries.Thank you

      I placed a $500 deposit on an incoming vehicle. I did not order the vehicle. It was marked as in transit.Before the vehicle ever arrived, I let my salesman know I was no longer interested and to please refund my money. My salesman ***** conferred with management and confirmed I would get my $500 refunded. This was not surprising as I didnt order the vehicle, the vehicle hadnt arrived when I canceled and nobody had said the money wouldnt be refundable.Since I was told I would get a refund months ago I check back periodically regarding its status. They always apologize and say they are doing somethingbut still no refund.

      I purchased a vehicle from Lithia Toyota Klamath Falls. I signed the paperwork on 8/4/2022 and they would not allow me to pick up the vehicle until the 20th of August. I asked if I could cancel this transaction and they told me no It was a done deal. Once I finally got the vehicle on the 20th of August, they did not give me ANY of the paperwork until Monday 8/22. They had processed the loan paperwork before I had the car and they told me they would not do that. The vehicle is a total piece of Junk. I took the vehicle to a mechanic and it has a ton of problems that they did not disclose to me. I kept asking if there was anything wrong with this car and the only thing they told me was the air conditioning needed replaced and they sent me a list of what they did fix- windshield wipers, an Alignment, Headlight ******* *** Change . When I took it to the Mechanic he told me the Water Pump is leaking, the struts are bad and the right front was leaking, Sway bar broken, Rack and Pinion steering leaking, the pressure hose is leaking, and there is an issues with the Transmission. I went to Lithia again yesterday and they said they would get me in a vehicle that would run, and after I found one, which I was under the impression they would trade me straight across but then they told me my vehicle had lost around $6000- in value in a week since I drove it off the lot! The car will not even start- it is sitting at the dealership. From day 1 they have frauded me- I tried to get out of this and they would not allow me to do so. I am getting no where with them. They got the money before I even picked up the car. I am trying to cancel the loan thru the bank but I am not sure that will happen. I do not know what to do. What I paid may not be a lot to some but that is a ton of money to me. This has affected my health, my job, my family. I just want out of this w/out ruining my credit.

      Hello,

      We offered to take the vehicle back in trade from the customer and gave her $500 MORE than she paid for it.  We also explained that when she purchased the vehicle, it was safety inspected and in good working order.  However, like all used vehicles there would be normal maintenance and repairs needed to the vehicle during her ownership.  Because of this risk, we offered a maintenance package and vehicle service contract to help protect her investment.  Both of the options were declined by the customer.  At this point the customer decided to trade it in and received $500 more than she paid for it.  I believe this was more than generous as did the customer and request this complaint to be closed as resolved.

      I was looking to buy a truck a couple week ago. Searching online I found a 2008 **** F150 truck that was advertised on *************** site, a 3rd party middleman that matches buyers and sellers together. The *************** requested $500 deposit to reserve the truck and start the purchase process. The deposit would go towards the purchase price. The deposit was charged on 8/14/2022. The remaining balance of $12,219.51 was wired to Toyota of Klamath Falls on 8/18/2022. On 8/19 and 8/20 I had a number of communications (emails and phone calls) with Driveway ( ***********************, *************************, ***** (Supervisor), and ****** (Contracts)) and also the Toyota of Klamath Falls auto dealership (***, *****, and ***************************) to confirm the receipt of the money and plan and schedule delivery of the truck. I was told that the truck was transported to a central hub in LA and being prepared to be delivered to me. On 8/22 I received a call from *********************** (Driveway Auto) that during final inspection of the truck they noticed that the engine was blown and the truck needed a new engine. I asked if and when they are going to replace the engine and how long it would take and how that is going to impact the delivery of the truck. He told me that if I want the truck I have to pay for the new engine. I said that in that case I don't want the truck and asked them to reimburse me my money and cancelled the deal. They said that they will refund my money right away. That was a week ago. I am still trying to get my money back. I have been calling Driveway as well as Toyota Dealership of Klamath Falls and I don't get any help or response from them. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue and getting my money back.

      This refund was issued by the store on 08/09/22.  This refund was processed as soon as the customer opted not to take delivery and all documents and vehicle were returned to the dealership. 

      I have attached a copy of the check issued to the customer.
