    The best experience I have ever had bringing an electronic device in for repair! My Chromebook wouldn't charge, I was upset, and I was sure it was the internal battery that needed to be replaced, likely at great expense. This kind, quiet, knowledgeable guy did a fairly quick check on ******************-related and informed me it was my recharging cord that needed replacing. He wouldn't even take a tip for service because all I needed was to buy a new cord. Tech-savvy service providers should learn from this young man.
