      I was offered a scholarship to ***, and was verbally told we would be good until May. Apparently, My child's scholarship ended in March and they are attempting to bill me without warning or letting me me know the scholarship was spent. While it is not a significant amount, our family is ********** and unexpected expenses are a challenge. Also, the tactic of charging us for their mistake after the fact seems like a bit of a scam. As a side note, their building is now located at **********************************************************************.

      Thank you for expressing your concerns.  Had I known that you were unable to pay your balance, we would have worked out a solution or allowed you a payment plan.  I also want to assure you that billing a client for services they received is not a scam.  A private benefactor paid for your child to receive gymnastics lessons until March.  If you would have looked at your account you would have seen how long your account was paid up till.  It is your responsibility to monitor your balance.  Your enrollment was scheduled to end in March which you were verbally informed of when you started.  You continued to bring your child to classes after the scholarship expired.  Which means that you are personally responsible for your bill.  Your child was automatically unenrolled in March, the coaches did not catch that your child was no longer enrolled right away.  As a courtesy our office manager re-enrolled your child because you continued to send your child.  This does not absolve you of the responsibility of paying for the services you received.  However, as a courtesy we will forgive the balance of $36 for services you received.  We will email you a statement showing the amount forgiven. 

      We have waived your 30 day notice and respectfully ask that you make no further contact with our organization, including but not limited to social media, phone, etc.
