      I placed an order on June 24 2025, the cost was taken off my debit card and as of July 2 2025 I have yet to received the order. I've tried multiple times to get someone on the phone and as of this post, I have not been able to contact anyone at Bioalternatives. All I get is the phone ringing and then a robot telling me the memory is full. I've been doing business with them for over 15 years.

      ***** called yesterday and talked to a sales *** on 2 different occasions. At that time the computers were down and technical support was currently working on the problem. As soon as the computers were up and running a call was made to ***** and a message was left on his machine that his order has been processed, the tracking number, the shipping **** has it packaged and the order is on its way.

      Placed an order online on 6/17/25.I received an acknowledgment from them same day. Also, payment confirmation from ****** was received same day. They have not shipped my order and they arent answering their phone. I think this a poor way to operate a business. I have been a customer of theirs for many years and have not had this kind of problem.

      Ive been trying to place an order for the last two weeks. The website says that I failed the Captcha but one was never provided. Ive called and left messages with no response. Today their phone rings for a few minutes then hangs up. I really hope that they are not going out of business because they have great, pure products. And I have been using them for years.

      Bio-Alternatives is indeed still open and in business!!  We added new security features, the Captcha being one and having issues with accepting orders on the web site, because of that the phone lines have been overloaded with incoming calls.  We do have tech support working on the problem.       I am relieved to hear that Bio-Alternatives is still in fact open for business. I will email them my phone number so they can call me for my order. 
      I do want them to be aware of the problem that I am having placing an order online. The Captcha does not appear on my iPhone and iPad. When I hit submit I get a message saying that I failed the Captcha.

      I ordered oregano oil several weeks ago and have heard nothing. No one picks up the phone and the memory is full so I cant leave a message. I have left messages at the contact us on the website and no response. I goggled if this business is legit and found many others having the same problem at this time.

      I ordered two items from this company and the pH Balancing System expired Sept 2022. I sent three e-mails, 5-15-24, 5-22-24 and 6-21-34. I have called numerous times and no ones answers and there is no voice mail. This company is so infuriatingly unprofessional. All I want is a replacement product that is not expired.

      I have not received this item yet and did not want the case closed until I do. I have zero faith in this company to do the right thing until I actually have the item in my hands. This company didn't bother to reply to any of my attempts to communicate, so to close a file before it is completed is not holding them to any accountability..

      Ordered B12 4 pack from Bio-Alternatives on June 1. Received order confirmation immediately #********. Never received tracking or the product. My credit card was charged on 6/1. Called company 10+ times using the 2 numbers listed getting no answers. I would like money refunded or product.

Shipping estimate on their website commits to courier and delivery shipping (estimated 3-7 business days). Business has failed to resolve issue, as I cannot get in contact with them. Desired outcome: Products I ordered or a full refund. As well as: Proper communication & realistic shipping expectations IF shipping is part of the issue. Please resolve my issue in a timely manner.

      Better Business Bureau,

      My only concern moving forward is whether I can trust ordering from this company in the future. I understand shipping delays and such, but this seems to be a common occurrence by the other reviews. I dont mind waiting longer for produces, as long as a company is honest and realistic about shipping expectations. If their estimated shipping time is repeatedly not being fulfilled, I am kindly requesting that they change their information on their website to a more realistic timeframe. Id rather know a product will take longer to ship, than to not know whether or not it will arrive at all. 
      The company Bio-Alternatives sent the product right after I filed a complaint with BBB (whether by coincidence or bc I filed a complaint). Id rather not go through this process to receive an order. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and because I have now received my product, I do find this issue to be resolved. However, I do ask the company to kindly update their shipping estimates. I hope to have better experiences in the future with them.

      Past orders have arrived in a timely manner. Placed an order and credit card has been charged on 05/12/2024. I have not received an email confirming the order, have not received the order. I have emailed and called the company several times with no response. If I am not getting the product I ordered I would like to be advised of that and have my credit card refunded.

      It started over 2 year ago when I purchased MSM I noticed that it was completely different. It was crystallized MSM And not the regular powder form. I contacted the company numerous times just for them to lie to me. I know the difference between ******** MSM And powdered MSM Crystallized MSM Has fillers, where pure MSM powder dissolves completely in water. They tried telling me there was no difference, but i've been taking this stuff for twenty five years. They would not let me speak to a supervisor they just brushed me off.

      All of our products are pure 100% Natural.  Bio-Alternatives takes pride in the fact that we DO NOT add ANYTHING other than the product itself.  There are NO flow agents, NO binding agents, and NO fillers.  Because these products are all natural there can and will be some variants based on climate, harvest, rain fall, etc.  Every batch of product comes with a Certificate of Analysis verifying its authenticity. Once we receive the product it is tested both in house and with an outside lab to confirm results.  If there are ever any doubts to these claims, our customers are welcome and even encouraged to have the product tested themselves to insure purity and authenticity.

      Because of the holidays and severe snow storms in the month of Jan, orders have been taking longer than normal to process and ship with several days of no electricity, internet and phone lines.
