    We contacted box drop for an appointment regarding a new mattress with adjustable base. We met with them on April 27 and decided on a bed and put a down payment of $1500. On the receipt it said to give them 10 to 25 business days for delivery. We contacted the owner via text and he stated that he had gotten into an accident and was hospitalized. We told him that we understood, and we hope that he had healed and look forward to completing our transaction. We didnt hear back from him, so I went to the business and his manager was present but he was acting very erratic and a little hostile. He stated that he would give me a call with an estimation in the next day or so. From then on, weve had no communication. My husband and I went to the business on 30 May, and it looks to be disheveled and thrashed. Theres furniture flipped over paperwork all over the ground things torn off the walls and permanent marker all over the front entryway windows with strange symbols. We tried texting again with absolutely no response. I tried calling the business number and the voicemail box is full. We just want our money back.

    2/15/23 came to the box drop to buy a couch, loveseat, and chair all matching. Got our loveseat and couch right away as it was in stock, but the chair had to be ordered. Total was **** + 85 for delivery and + 49 for payment plan service. Was told a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 6 weeks for it to arrive. We have still not gotten our product and have now asked for a refund. Have not gotten a refund or the product still as of today. Both owners numbers are turned off and no ones been at the business. Cant get ahold of anyone now.
