    I don't know what the dude at the bottom is rambling on about I've had nothing but top notch service and shipment packaging always looks professional it was probably the shipping company those people have no respect for other people's items I've seen them badly mishandle items so often I am sometimes surprised when a package shows ** in great condition knowing the beating it took to get to me but muzzleloaders-com is the only place I go to for my muzzleloader needs they can say what they want about other places shipping refund policies but no matter what they say there's no place more knowledgeable or with the selection and great prices as muzzleloaders-com and I've shopped all the big and plenty of small outdoor stores online and no places has the selection of muzzleloading supplies as muzzleloaders-com to come on here a bash a place over a few dollars they lost on return shipping is childish

    Muzzle-loader.com Here while back I purchased a **** peitta black powder pistol and during shipping the packaging was beat up really bad, I went ahead and expected the package and fixed the finish on the handles of the gun., then I ordered a Muzzle loader .50 cal rifle kit , built in your self and Muzzle Loader.com didnt package the rifle kit to secure the internet box and when *** dropped off the package, *** said he wouldnt except that, the enter box was beat all to pieces and I didnt trust the barrel of the rifle after being beat around so I returned to sender Muzzleloader.com and they refunded me. But charged me ***** for the shipping and handling when in FACT IT WAS THERE FAULT For not packaging the product they sale the right way. I even put $5.00 shipping insurance on packaging. there is several companies out there that will honor the shipping and product.Customer service,, Hunter was very rude and acted as if it where my fault for them not packaging there product right.********************************* customer service rep.
