    Purchased a 2019 Outdoors Creekside trailer in June of 2022. I had questions regarding the build of the front cap and roof design. I left a message and was contacted very shortly afterward by the president of sales for North America. He addressed my questions personally, and I was quite impressed with the customer service shown to me by him. Our trailer has been rock solid. They are built like tanks for the *****************.     We purchase of the 2023 OutdoorsRV Creekside 19mks Titanium. We had many issues immediately.INSIDE:* Pocket door was broken, did not slide at all.* One drawer was broken, did not close properly.* There is a small hole in the floor near the door (hidden under OutdoorsRV carpet).OUTSIDE:* The auto leveling system has a bad board in the controller in the storage area.* One of the access panels has tears in it, it looks extremely worn and it has come loose.* Rust and corrosion in excess of what we would expect with a new camper. We purchased our 2018 Winnebago Micro Mini in November of 2017, drove it through 42 states and it did not have near the corrosion on the underside that our brand new 2023 OutdoorsRV has. This is very disconcerting.* Within an hour of leaving the dealership the hot water access panel flopped open. When trying to secure it, the lock broke off. We were forced to secure it with a nut and bolt.* The hot water heater has a slow leak.* the spare tire did not match the tires on the trailer; our trailer has 5 lug R15 and the spare is a 6 lug R16.

    We contacted ************ on 1/29/24 to review her concerns. Outdoors RV had shipped the correct tire and wheel to her ********. *** has received the tire and wheel from her dealer.

    We do not have a Outdoors Dealer in ************** and we have ************ contact a local RV dealer that we can work with to have her trailer repaired. Outdoors RV will review the repairs as well as cover the repair cost.

    Outdoors RV will contact the dealer ************ has made arrangements to evaluate her trailer.
