    They are open 7 days a week, they do everything they can to assist folks. The community has been in chaos with the other pharmacy option not being open at all most days. The staff are kind, compassionate, friendly, quick, and are great at dealing with people that are angry, frustrated, in pain, or are confused. They take the time needed for each person, they dont make you feel like a number. They are real people showing up there for people in the community. If they dont know the answer, theyll admit it and try to figure it out rather than give an incorrect answer to get you to just go away. Sometimes that means they need to have a manager help and it can take time but they do it. They actually care and make sure you know that YOU as a person matter to them- that means a lot.

    I am not impressed with this pharmacy and have changed pharmacies. I started using their service 4 months ago and was using their automated system for refilling prescriptions. The first time I went in to start service with them I gave them my insurance card they tried to run it and they told me I was not covered by the insurance information I gave them. They told me to contact my health insurance company because they ran it and I was not covered on the plan. I contacted the insurance company and the insurance agent told me the pharmacy was not making an error entering the insurance information and told me to tell the pharmacy how to enter the information. I proceeded to share this information with the pharmacy tech and he was able to run my information correctly, and no apology for his error not knowing how to enter insurance information in his system. On the fourth refill it took them nearly 5 days to refill and I ran out of blood pressure medication for two days. I completed the fifth refill on their telephone automated system recently which confirmed my order for my blood pressure medication had been received and would be filled. The next day I went in to pick it up and they couldn't find the request. They (the same pharmacy tech who couldn't figure out how to run my insurance originally) then proceeded change their story and tell me they didn't fill it because my insurance expired. My insurance had not expired or changed and they have a copy of my insurance card on file. I proceeded to go home and return to with my insurance cards which they already had on file and no information had changed. Upon seeing their error, they did not have the courtesy to take accountability, responsibility or offer an apology. What should have been a 5 minute transaction took up over an hour of my day and caused me to miss a couple of my commitments.
