Donna left me with a scar on my left eyebrow (near the tail) from cutting my skin too deep with her microblade tool. She took a chunk out of my skin, and during the healing process, it hardened, and now it looks like a blister or wart. Ive been concerned with the santitary measures that she took. I have pictures to show scarring and other relevant pictures to my case. As well as text message conversations that include type of service i requested, etc. She used low quality ink. In fact, I'm sure she used the wrong ink on me than I requested and paid for. In the consultation, she kept saying powder ('powder effect') as opposed to natural microblading that I asked for. I reach out to her for her to make it right. She wanted to charge me the FULL $850 again to fix the problems *she* caused. I didn't feel safe to have her microblade again, and I didn't trust her competence, so I wanted a refund. She stopped responding. I reported her to the state in Sept2022 (incident happened aug 2021) and I wanted to allow enough time for them to investigate her practice. She also practices in AZ and WA. It's possible she was practicing during the time the service took place 2021/Feb 2022 without a proper license. I paid $850, and want a refund for the scarring of my eyebrow.
