On August 26th 2023 I was checking my nightly Dasher Direct by PayFare account for *********** and corresponding text notifications that are sent to my phone immediately when a transaction occurs and noticed my account balance was lower than it should've been. Whenever I reviewed my transaction history I seen a Transaction that I wasn't notified of and didn't initiate nor approved of. It is listed as VESTA PREPAID and was for the amount of -$25.00 in the transaction details it only has a category listed as "Web" no contact, reference id or anything to identify the website/business.It looked familiar to what our Cell phone service charges are listed as so I looked at how they're listed. The VESTA name stuck out to me so upon looking at past transactions our ************ is listed as "VESTA ***** PREPAID" and is set to autopay monthly and always supposed to be for the amount of $53.73.Over the last 4 months that has varied and caused issues between us and ***** I then tried to call **** but they no longer take calls over the weekend and have 1+ hours wait times to speak to a Representative so I drove to the **** retail store and they reviewed my account transactions and compared it to the newest Unauthorized withdrawal from VESTA PREPAID and told me it wasn't done by **** cause theirs Always supposed to be listed as VESTA ***** PREPAID and it doesn't appear anywhere in my **** Account History or Payment transactions such but I did point out to them that February through July 2023 it just was listed as **** and the charged amount went up with out notification and without me noticingwhich they then respond by telling me I would have to call **** PREPAID **************** line to discuss that. I then withdrew or transfered all the remaining money from and Lock my Dasher Direct Account, cancel my card, pay $5.00 replacement fee for the new card and file a dispute with Dasher Direct that can take up to 6 mo to possibly get my money back from whoever "VESTA PREPAID" is.Business Response

On a letter dated July 4 2023, Vesta Corporation claims that we owe $323.02 for **** Prepaid and a $25 returned item fee. They list account number *************** and quick reference number ******. We have never been an **** prepaid customer nor have we had a returned electronic payment for services of this kind. This is fraudulent and harassment and they are impossible to get ahold of to resolve.Business Response

For four years, I've been getting letters from Vesta Corporation claiming that I own them $39.40 for **** Prepaid services I don't remember having. I need these people to stop harassing me with numerous correspondence letters for an account I don't own! Also, even if I did had the account, it was opened around the time that I was still a minor around 16 years old.Business Response

On June 22nd activated my cell phone (number ************) with ATT which terminated my service with the prior carrier. However, Vesta refused multiple payment attempts with two credit cards, a debit card and Paypal. Have checked with the credit card companies, and they say they have approved the payments, but Vesta keeps rejecting them. Have spent many hours on borrowed cell phones trying to resolve the issue, but no one has been able to help me. The result is that I have, and have had, no cell phone service and have had to cancel a trip. As of today (June 24) ATT says I need to call back on Monday, but they don't know what the problem is.Business Response

I have received several of these. I do not have an ATT prepaid account. I have called ATT and they do not send out letters like this. I believe this is fraud. Please help.Business Response

My daughter dropped here phone in to sink. It happens, I get it.I have been try to get a hold of a person at Vesta **** prepaid.But it is just a bunch of computer asking question.There is no solution or people to talk to.Then when there about to tell me how long the wait is they hang up!Business Response

I attempted to open an ATT prepaid wireless account in late 2019. Account was never opened because phone number cannot be transferred from ATT MVNO to ATT prepaid apparently.Despite never opening an account or having an active account, Amex Credit card was charged 11/18/2020 from Vesta which does seem to handle ATT wireless billing, then 11/18/2021 and 11/11/22. I discovered the issue a few days ago. tried to reverse the latest charge from 11/11/2022 which apparently is not occurring.Contacted Vesta and they had an earlier Amex CC # that has since been closed but transfers charges to a currently open card.Contacted ATT prepaid and was not able to find out on which account these charges were associated with. To my knowledge there is no phone account with ATT prepaid wireless,I also filed a fraud case with Amex.Business Response
