    My husband ordered a gift certificate online on Dec 24, 2024. He expected it to arrive immediately or by Christmas Day at the latest. It did not but the charge showed on our card. We immediately inquired about this and requested a refund because it did not arrive on time. There was NOTHING on the website that stated no refunds but the manager is stating they have a policy that does not allow refunds. This is what I sent on December 26, 2024 -My husband, ***** ********, ordered a $150 gift card online. Our bank shows the $120 charge to our credit card but we never got an email with the gift card. We would like to request a refund and cancel the order. Please call me at ***************** to confirm this.Thank you,******* ******** This is my last communication on January 5 with ******* *******, General Manager - Thank you so much for your message, and I truly apologize for the confusion. I completely understand how disappointing this situation must be, especially when it was a thoughtful gift from your husband. I hear your concern, and I sincerely wish I could do more to ******* much as Id love to assist further, unfortunately, were unable to issue a refund. That said, Id love to extend the opportunity for you to use the gift card at your convenience for any of our service or retail, it can also be used by loved one if you dont intend to use it.Please know that we truly want you to have a positive experience with us and treat yourself to one of our services.
