    I thought this was going to be an amazing transaction and it started wonderfully until I was sent faulty product, with NO UV COATING and burnt blotches which I paid A LOT for. This product did not last thru first fire up without damage being exposed and drastically changed colors and faded significantly after only a couple weeks...... After understanding what happened they agreed to redo the project and send me out the product corrected. Mind you in order to use this with the cost of wraps and labor this has costed me over $24k in just wraps not including the product cost.... I had remained calm and tried to be respectful in contacting them to get an update but have not been successful in getting a reply... They have ignored texts, voicemails, emails, calls, social media dm's etc.... At this point I am looking to get an attorney regarding this matter....Given I have written exchanges agreeing to make it right....At this point I just want a refund as this has been a headache I do NOT need........No product replacement has been issued to date....They had pushed the product replacement date out 3 months and that put me past the deadline for paypal dispute for money back...
