They didn't tell us we had to leave our home completely until they arrived to do the work. We knew they would be removing material and understood they couldn't quote on the repair until after cleaning as they wouldn't know how big the repair would be. After they are done I call about the repair and they say they can only do drywall repair. They took out a wall, shelves, closet top, closet hangers, electrical and air conditioning screws but had no one who could do that. Then they get all dodgy saying we only told you we could repair the drywall we didn't say we could put the shelves back. My house is torn apart and they will only do drywall. Seriously?

My husband and I contacted this company to check for mold and give an estimate for repair due to a break in a sprinkler system that caused water damage in our basement. Upon inspection, the employee indicated what work would be done but also indicated that we need to test for asbestos because of the blown-in insulation that had trickled down the wall behind the sheetrock that was visible (had an area of repair open in the sheetrock). We agreed to the test, and the employee returned to get a sample. Within a day or two I received a estimate for the work to be done which included an extra $1400 for asbestos mitigation. They stated the test showed 2% asbestos in the insulation mix. We asked once in writing and twice via phone calls to receive a copy of the test, not just a description in the estimate saying there was 2% asbestos in the mix. The employee stated he would have to check with his supervisor! We still have not to date (almost a month) received a copy of the test.Since this seemed strange, we took a sample of the same insulation, pulled from the same location to another testing facility. After the designated 4-5 day turn-around, we received a FULL report showing what the mixture contained and it clearly states there is NO ASBESTOS!So - was Certified fraudulently stating there was asbestos to inflate the price of the job? Apparently, we may have seemed like easy targets that would just take there word for it. Had they provided the information as requested, we most likely would have proceeded with the job. There lack of compliance raised a warning that pushed us to double check. I would not hire this company now at any cost as trust is huge in contracting.K.G.
