      My familys property was 5 days away from Foreclosure. I broke down and cried and was extremely overwhelmed and frustrated and didnt know what to do. I had no knowledge about what to do to save and sell a property. I received a postcard from Javiena Group at the property. I ignored the first postcard but then responded after the second mailer. This person must be serious and legit. **** was very authentic, helpful and explained all of my options including an attorney referral but in the end we met the next evening and she presented a fair cash offer and we accepted the next day. The whole transaction was closed and funded in a week! The pressure was off of me and the nightmare was over. I highly Javiena Group to anyone!

      **** did more for me than I thought anyone could!! I was facing foreclosure. I had spent my retirement funds on my home. I risked losing it all. ***************** to me and gave me a fair offer and let me stay in my home until she helped me find a great new place with wonderful amenities and even set up my autopay for future payments.
