      **** helped me navigate a not so fun situation with a home we just purchased. He discussed our options, showed me the benefits and issues with each one and overall provided a sound recommendation.We decided to have the entire roof replaced, and thank goodness we did!! The previous roofers didn't do such a great job. Living in the *** a roof isn't something to mess around with.They stuck to the agreed price (noting that plywood may need to be replaced and there was no way to know how much until work began) and did a great job.**** was responsive and his crew was so great! They worked so hard in some terrible weather to get our job done.Also, the price was more reasonable than all other quotes we got!! Plus it came with GAF's warranty.Highly recommend - all the way around.

      We had multiple issues while working with this company - Poor response to calls, texts and emails.- Workmanship - No warranty certificate even after repeated emails.We received a quote for our roofing project in Sep ************************************ late Oct/Nov 2021 if we choose charcoal color. I contacted them near the end of Oct and they told me that they were waiting for some material. After repeated phone calls, text messages and emails in Dec 2021 there was no response from the company, i scheduled a new appointment from their website to get a new estimate in Feb 2022. They finally responded saying that they will get us scheduled asap but disappeared. In May 2022, they left a voice message saying that they will get our roof work start in 4 days. We were travelling so I responded 2 days later that we are returning in 2 days and they can schedule us after that. They told me that we missed the appointment and they will schedule us next week but again disappeared. I again reached out several times via various means but no response. Late June, finally they scheduled us for July 1st week and replaced roof.Workmanship issues- there were nails poking out thru the roof to the porch/patio ceiling because nails with too long and the force had created gaps between rafters and cantilever top plate. In addition to that, the wooden side of the porch ceiling can clearly be seen damaged with wood/splinters coming out around these nails. I showed this to their project manager but he kept repeating that warranty will not hold if smaller nails are used. I asked him to close the gap and seal the holes that were punched by nails. He completely refused.I asked him to send the warranty certificate and to this date after multiple emails to this company, we have not received warranty certificate.I am looking for the repair to improper work done by closing gaps, fixing holes and paperwork of our 50year/lifetime warranty GAF.

      **** and the team at NW Home Exteriors did an outstanding job on our gutter. We have a very old home and a section of the gutter had completely rotted through and pulled away from the house in a rain storm, but the crew came out within days and repaired the old section so its better than new!

      I highly recommend NW HomeExteriors. This construction group is very professional and can remodel or repair ********************* in your home. NW HomeExteriors remodeled 2 bathrooms for me. I am very pleased with the results and the timely manner it was completed. *******************************
