      I received a GMG Smoker as a gift in October 2023 and it worked the first two times i used it. The appS, and yes there are two are poorly designed and quite confusing. you have to download the legacy app to update firmware, then download the new app to operate the Grill. but sometimes you still need the legacy app if the new app doesn't work. After the first two smokes, my power supply failed. GMG was not responsive and would not help. I purchased a new power supply as they would not honor under warranty. Shortly thereafter the entire Wifi function of the smoker was wiped out. I received a single call back with someone who just told me my home **** was inadequate and i needed to fix it. I have since attempted to contact the manufacturer several times and they do not care to call or email back. Will never consider their product again.

      I purchased a Trek grill on June 2nd, 2023. I intended to keep the grill at my camper and use it for weekend cooks. I picked the grill up from a local dealer and brought it home. I assembled the grill according to the directions and attempted todo the burn off. Unfortunately the combustion fan did not work. I have tried to reach Green ******** several times by phone, but have had no luck. I have also sent several emails to their customer support. After weeks of hearing nothing I finally get an email from them asking me to make sure the wires are connected correctly. As you can imagine that was the first thing that I checked. So, I emailed them back immediately stating the wires were connected correctly. Again, no response for a couple weeks. Then I received an email asking for the serial number of my grill and my mailing address. They stated they would send me a new fan. That was on June 22nd. I provided them with the information asked for and still no fan has arrived. I purchased one off Amazon out of my own pocket due to being sick of waiting. That fan did not work either, so Im guessing it may be a problem with the control board. Im not sure though. I again emailed Green ******** on August 1st explaining the situation and asked to exchange the grill or for a refund. I have yet to hear back from them, so it looks like Im out $400.

      Our son bought ** GMG Ledge for Father's *** one year ago yesterday and it worked once!!! Have reached out to the company to problem-shoot the issues that we are having with it. They have gotten back to us one time and it did not solve the problem. I believe it needs a new motherboard. Nobody and I mean nobody has gotten back to ** on why it's not working.You can not physically talk to anyone which to me is a huge FLAG!!

      Literally one of the worst purchases of my life. I bought a GMG Peak ***************** in March of 2022 for $1250. It has only worked correctly 4-5 times over the past year. I've had to replace almost everything in it including the mother board, the igniter, the auger motor and the cord/transformer. And the app/software is not intuitive and very complex to use. I went out to use it last night and it won't turn on. The LED flashes but nothing else. So I call the "customer support" number and it is no longer available! You literally can't talk to tech support anymore! What kind of company doesn't have a support group? I'm guessing one that can't afford all of the support because their product is garbage. Don't buy a GMG grill, they are junk and the company is terrible!

      We bought a GMG Ledge Prime for our son. We were impressed by the improvements and updates made since he had purchased his older one. However, he fired it up once as instructed for 30 minutes as part of the initial setup. The next morning, none of the lights on the control panel would work although there was clearly power to the unit as the interior light was on and the green power light was on on the cord. He called GMG and was given a few things to try. Nothing worked. He emailed several times and didnt get a response. Were pretty sure the control board is bad and just want them to send a new one. Their customer service is awful!

      We bought this grill on Fathers Day of 2022 and we have had nothing but problems with this since we brought it home. First thing to go was the meat probe. The second thing to go was the igniter. The third thing to go was the Wi-Fi not connecting. The fourth thing to go Was the power supply to the unit. I will never buy this product again!!! Please be aware of this product is not built to last. Also be aware that if they send you parts, you will have to do the work yourself to replace them. When you called them for advice or to help you, you always get a voicemail you never get directly in contact with tech-support!!!
