      I am rejecting this response because:

      These are the same excuses-reasons that both the ************* **** dealership, and the ************* dealership have been giving me all along.  The reverse in my transmission went out on Labor Day weekend 2022.  It's now been a five-month ordeal and my truck still isn't fixed.  I hope this doesn't become the new normal, as this is insanity.

      to find out the status of the repairs and have gotten the run around. I been told the mechanic was off for the week; he called in sick; replacements parts are being delayed by bad weather; you should have your vehicle back by Christmas (didn't happen); the mechanic is out test driving another vehicle; give us your number and will call you back, but of course there's been no call back. During this four month plus ordeal, I missed my hunting season, had to cancel two dental appointments in *******, and cancel a chiropractic appointment. In addition, I've been having to take a taxi to work every day costing me about $100 per week, as no one has an extra vehicle to loan me. I'm at my wit's end and am wondering what my rights are. **** Motor Company is a multi-billion-dollar corporation. They shouldn't be treating people like this.

We have made changes in our operating procedures and staffing as a result of communication breakdown. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback. Industry wide, there is a significant shortage of Technicians, specifically with the required training needed to diagnose and repair your vehicle. As you may be aware, not all dealerships have the Senior Master Technician required to complete your diagnosis and repair, as a result ours is in high demand and we continue to work through back-log as quickly as possible. Our Service Director is working directly with our Senior Master Ford Technician to diagnose your vehicle and get you on the road. The desired solution is to get *********** completed and get you back on the road as soon as possible.
