      On 8/22/24, Jones Drilling Co. installed 4- 1/2'' liner to 359' to the well on my property. I paid $5,000 for this installation. I was watching the installation and was present during the work. Later I learned that the holes that were drilled into the *** pipes were supposed to be cleaned from the shavings of the plastic chips, but they were not cleaned. I contacted the company owner and asked them to clean but he told me he would not do it and told me to stop contacting him. The problem is that this plastic debris contaminated the water with microplastics. Drinking this water with microplastics can create a lot of problems including; risk of cancer, endocrine disruption, digestive, Nanoplastics, absorption, accumulation in the body, and reproductive harm. Also, if you don't properly clean the *** lines after drilling, a submersible pump can become clogged with debris like dirt, sand or small rocks leading to reduced water flow, inefficient operation, potential overheating, and ultimately, pump failure over time. Key issues that can arise are reduced water output, increased wear and tear, mother overheating, pump noise and early pump failure.

        Mr. ********** contacted us to install a *** liner in his well that we had previously had us drill. we came to a price to do the job.  the *** liner installed is made by ******** for well construction, It is fully NSF 61 certified for drinking water. this is a common product used in Well construction. our job is complete. he paid in full after job completion.

       This well has never had a pump installed in it, it is not currently delivering any water to the house. he is trying to get a better price on the pump with installation. which we have not came to terms.

      Water ***** and their construction are regulated by *************** a state agency, they have the full construction report and there is no violation for this well. I suggested he contact *************** and discuss with them if he has a concern about his Well construction.
