    One star is one star too much. They were assigned through my home warranty company to service my failing gas furnace. They don't seem to have anyone in the office, if they even have an office. You only get an outgoing message of a female voice stating they are either away from the desk or busy with another client. The service guy, in this case **** *****, per caller ID, possibly on his cell phone, doesn't call you back till the end of the day to schedule an appointment later. Neither phone is answered otherwise. My appt. was for *********. **** still hadn't shown up by 1100 and still wouldn't answer my calls nor one from the supposed office. Still no phone call by 1200 noon. I left messages on both numbers to call me. No response. He NEVER showed up. The home warranty company was called earlier and notified. They also only got outgoing messages on both phones. They were told to reschedule me with someone else, and I don't want to deal with this company in the future concerning lack of professionalism and lack of communication.

    I was very happy with my experience. Comfort Temp sent out a technician after hours so that I could have heat. The technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this company.

    The customer service from ******************** Temp **************************** ********************** was so poor, that it didn't matter that he eventually got the job done. The business owner and technician, ****, was so unprofessional, non-responsive, uncommunicative, bordering on confrontational at times, that I was extremely uncomfortable with him. He required extra work above and beyond the warranty, which required out of pocket expenses. He would not let us as the homeowners get those jobs done on our own, he required us to go through him in a manner that felt like blackmail or a scam. By the time I reluctantly agreed to pay for these extra services through Comfort Temp, he required 1/2 down and then no-showed for the appointment. It felt like he was a con artist. He would not reply to calls, texts. He eventually come a week later, but was flippant and disrespectful. The stress we endured in working with him ensures that not only will we no longer work with the company, we are sure to provide an honest bad review. Unfortunately, ******************* the maturity and integrity needed to run a successful business.

    Had my first service visit as scheduled through my home warranty service. **** was communicative, friendly, and educational. I didnt know much about my heating and cooling system and he was able to help explain what might be the issue and ways to maintain my systems regularly. So far I am impressed and will continue working with them.

    ******************* with Comfort Temp Heating and Air Conditioning in ***********, owner, was very knowledgeable and educated me about the whole system I have.Knew his heating and cooling stuff and willing to engage in the educational process. Came out the next day. Would defiantly recommend him! Good guy.
