    I brought my car to Primasing motors on 8/31they said I needed the transmission cooling line. So I ordered the part. The part came in on 9/1 An appointment was made for repair on 9/7. The truck was not driven much for the rest of the week. We went out on 9/10. We were stopped at a red light and when the light turned the car didn't want to drive, it jolted, we got about 50 feet give or take then the truck didn't want to drive my husband got out and the part that the mechanics said that they installed was not connected transmission fluid was spilling out. We have picture of this and the part popping out of its place. Luckly a good Samaritan towed the truck to a Vavoline station he popped back the part before and the worker at Vavoline shop added transmission fluid that the truck needed. The good Samaritan come to find out is a mechanic that's how he knew to put the park back in place. We have his business card. After all this the truck is not driving properly, doesn't want to go reverse correctly and when the transmission want to change it jolts the truck had no transmission problems before this. I want Primasing to replace the transmission and what ever else was damaged to to their negligence.

    We talked to customer on the morning of 9/11. We didn't know there was an issue until the customer came in this morning. We pulled the truck right in and cleaned all the area up made sure the hose was sucure and filled the fluid to the proper level. We verified with customer after she had drove the vehicle. She said it seemed good but wanted her husband to drive it tonight once he got home from work

    Went to the mechanice on 9/13. He gave me his statement of what happened, I also explained to him what the truck was doing he said that the transmission could be slipping from the incident. I attached his statement. I went to Primasing motors to talk about what the outcome was, with me talking to the mechanics. They do not admit to anything. They had called me twice prior to this date once on the 11 and then on the 12th. On the 12th the gentleman that I spoke to said he was the mechanic. That's when I advised him I was going to have another mechanic look at the truck he got upset and said that I was never going to be satisfied. At that moment I told him I no longer further wanted to discuss with him and I disconnected the call.
