      Cons and thieves, sold me a car that was not legally allowed to be sold, the owner showed up at my house and tried to con me into giving him the bill of sale back months later, and there was dozens of used drug bags stuffed under the carpet, ended up having to jump through a bunch of hoops with DMV, they clearly took advantage of dmv back log from COVID.
