    Purchased Beko dishwasher 5/10/22 from Coastal Appliance. Cost $569.99 plus delivery and installation fee of $149.99. The sales person had his teenage son install the dishwasher. The front plate was just set in front and fell over when moping floor. After continued calls for months I was informed I had to go through Beko to get it fixed. Many emails later no brackets came. 12/3/22 the dishwasher leaked on my hardwood floors. I contacted **** via email multiple times and went to coastal appliance as worried about wood rot and mold. After 2 months coastal appliance sent people to remove dishwasher. They did not plug garbage disposal and my kitchen flooded. My husband purchased materials and fixed this problem as **** and Coastal appliance did nothing and we couldnt use our sink. After multiple emails and trying to find someone to repair our floor which my 80 year old husband finally fixed we unsuccessfully tried to find someone to install another dishwasher that Coastal appliance had been sent for us. On opening the carton we found a smashed inside and out door that in no way would hold water. My husband took it Back the next morning and the worker came out and said he is permanently banned from the store. He is devastated, has never been treated this way and we dont know what to do now and we have grandkids and an unsafe appliance in our garage. We appreciate any help. When I spoke with Coastal appliance they told me I would have to start over with **** customer support and I said so far that has taken 4 (cuss word) months. I did not yell was just very upset by now and I am 70 years old and my 95 year old mother had died a couple of days before so I was overwhelmed with grief and frustration. I immediately apologized and said she didnt deserve my accidentally dropping a bad word. She proceeded to yell at me which I recorded. The resolution I am asking for is a full refund for the dishwasher and installation costs. We have purchased/ installed another dishwasher.
