  I checked in for our 4 night stay and when I got into the room it had hair, sticky ************* crumbs on the nightstand. Short story- I called into front desk and asked if the room had been cleaned. The lady was so ignorant and rude telling me they clean it each time with their #1 housekeeper. I kept calm the whole entire time being the person I am. She stated they need 24 hours for someone to come in. I told her we just got in and that we would call. An hour later we got an email from management informing us that they changed our reservation from 4 nights to 1 night and we had to check out by 11 the next morning because front desk reached out to management stating we were cursing and mistreating the front desk. We were in pure shock- so we immediately went up to the front desk to talk to them and they had mentioned its because we told them they cant come in. We told her that if she made us aware of that protocol then we would have had her come in. She was so short and *****. We felt so uncomfortable the entire time being face to face with her. So we headed back into the room and booked another hotel and emailed management back what happened and within the next hour they emailed back apologizing for how front desk acted and it shouldnt have had happen and said we could stay. We did end up checking out the next morning and when we did we informed them how they should have never made a change to our reservation before hearing us out first. It was a horrible experience. This was just a short story of it.

  Not only have they stolen my property but they have incorrectly charged my card 3 times now then refused to put the correct payment threw till 5 days later said the manager she was taking a weekend off before being able to push threw the correct amount but during that time again charged my card 96 dollars unauthorized money still havent fixed it 4w out & still havent ran it threw so now with hundreds of dollars in charges still pending plus they called me and left me a vm saying I left a bag called them back and one staff member confirmed I sent a pre paid mailed box for them to send it back including my iPhone witch I can map to there they sent back only my keys & won't answer me where my belongings are now just lie say they don't know what I'm talking about when they all knew cause they called me. So I called filed a police report cause I havent received my things cause the manager wont call me back. good luck getting ahold of anyone higher up the manager there won't let you have there info just says there busy in meeting and are unavailable. Plus if you want to see the video footage of people coming in and out of your room wont happen Oh to top it off our room fire place never worked not for more than ******************************************************************************* and so called worked on it and the jacuzzi kept turning itself on at random times all threw out the night making it hard to sleep and after reporting this over and over again to the staff they refused to change our room. Really sad because this trip was for my son and I to celebrate our survival and finally getting away from our abuser his father and my soon to be ex husband whom tried to kill me by strangling me to death infront of my son so this was just adding to our heartbreak over the entire situation when it didnt need or have to be that way. Dont stay here stay anywhere else but this horrible hotel.
