      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Booked a rental home & prepaid $1100.00. We are longtime guests have rented many homes over several years with them.. My husband had a medical emergency & was admitted to the hospital 1 day before we were to arrive. I called the next day had to leave a voicemail stating our situation we were not going to be able to travel from ******** to ************ & inquired if we could at least get a credit for a furture stay. I also sent an e/mail . I did not receive any reply the next day I sent a 2nd e/mail requesting a reply for at least a reply Yes or no in addition our ** would write a letter. Still NO reply. I saw several negative replies on YELP that specifically mention *** he is the one who seems to only answer the phone to get guests credit card info when initially making a booking. This so called hospitably business is inexcusable. I am still waiting for any reply from them. I want the word to get out on HORRIBLE business ******************* staff (a quote from reviewer on ****.)
